WELCOME TO THE JUTTES

Chris and Angie Jutte were both raised in Mercer County, Ohio. They graduated from high school in the same area of western Ohio. After graduation Chris attended auto mechanic's school in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 1981 he was employed by Hausfeld Motor Sales where he worked until February of this year. Chris and Angie have three children; Sarah 7, Aaron 4 and Lydia 2 years old.

Chris had the opportunity to be part of a missions team to Canada for eight days in 1994. As a result of that trip the Lord impressed upon Chris' heart to invest his technical skills in mission aviation maintenance. He first heard of MMS through Mission Aviation Fellowship. In January of 1995 Chris and Angie were accepted for training with MMS.

It's a blessing to have someone with Chris' background as part of the MMS team. Although the change from automotive to aviation maintenance is not a simple process, Chris is doing a great job. Chris and Angie have a deep commitment to serve the Lord with their lives. They desire to serve in the mission aviation community, as the Lord leads, after completing the training here at MMS.

WELCOME TO MIKE BURCH

Mike Burch began his MMS training in December 1995. For the first time in many years MMS has an apprentice in the program from right here in Coshocton County. Mike was born and raised in Warsaw, Ohio, just 6 miles from MMS. He is a graduate of Riverview High School. Mike attended The College of West Virginia and Kent State University. During his time at Kent he was involved in the Intervarsity campus ministry. It was through this ministry Mike finally confirmed the Lord's direction for his life in mission aviation.

Mike received flight training and certifications during his college years. While attending Kent State he began inquiring about opportunities to serve in mission aviation. Through these inquires he was led right back to his own back yard to MMS for training to be a licensed aircraft mechanic.

His long range plan, after earning his A&P license, is to serve as a pilot/mechanic with a mission organization. We are so thankful the Lord has led Mike our way. His commitment to Christ and his deep desire to learn are an encouragement to our staff as well as making Mike an excellent missionary.
